The conveyor belts produced by Tecno-Beton. Systems cover a wide range of uses and are subdivided according to the load-bearing structure of the belt itself: lattice, low-profile, differentiated-profile for long spans. The width of the mat is between 500 mm and 1400 mm, while the length, powers and structure are fully customizable to meet the customer’s need.
All metal parts of the belt conveyor are made of hot-dip galvanized steel so as to eliminate any corrosion problems and increase the durability of the machine.
M-series ribbons:
The structure of this series is made of self-supporting truss with interchangeable modular elements. Welded and braced sides allow high stiffness, and the best solution can be chosen according to the required free spans. A wide range of accessories (tailgates, axle guards, covers, wind braces, catwalks, unloading caps, etc.) enable the best use of the conveyor.
H-series ribbons:
Made of thick sheet metal, with the sides conformed in such a way as to facilitate the conveyance of accidentally fallen material in the upper section to the outside, they are intended for medium to long wheelbases. Conveyor components are made of interchangeable modular elements. Accessories such as side rails, axle guards, covers, windward ribs, catwalks, drain covers, etc. are also provided for this series.
