To achieve the goal, the company focused on automation by developing in collaboration with an outstanding partner a simple, intuitive management system with attractive graphics.
First to be equipped with the new automation are mobile plants, which are in high demand in the foreign market, where ease of use has proven to be a key prerogative.
Equipped with 4 tanks for aggregate storage, the plant ensures an output of 30 mc/h of excellent quality concrete, thanks to the 750/500-liter planetary mixer, which is fed by skip to minimize the amount of space required on site. This year the “little one” in the series will feature even more intuitive management, implemented on a touch-screen, from which the system can be managed entirely. The operational interface is extremely schematic, with the number of control buttons reduced to a minimum. Configuration parameters are accessed by clicking directly on 3D views of the plant. Each operation, including configuration, calibration, and alarm management, is explained by sentences translated into the user’s language, accompanied by pictures and animations. You also only need to connect a touch-screen printer to print cycle data, configuration parameters and formulas. In order to ensure maximum performance and durability of the system also, the system provides the user with a list of maintenance and related settings in the maintenance schedule, taking into account the number of starts and the time the machine has been in use.
