In February, following successful functional testing, a historic plant in the Milanese hinterland went back into production. The plant, located in the town of Sesto S. G. since the early 1960s, has been completely replaced with a modern 6-compartment concrete batching plant with central discharge, ground-loading hopper unit and fully insulated with panels that blend in perfectly with the surrounding environment.
Tecno-Beton was once again able to effectively respond to the needs of the client, “a leading Italian group.”, complying with the design specifications for the supply of the new power plant, ensuring its functionality, the quality of components supplied, and applying specific dedicated solutions due to the restricted space in the area and the technical specifications required by the Client.
The complete turnkey organization -Tecno-Beton always managed and executed by our qualified technical staff , begins from the first stages of project drafting, to continue with the transport and delivery of the structures to the site, their relative assembly and the commissioning of the power plant, this has allowed at the Sesto S.G. site the full compliance with the initial schedule, without unforeseen events and on time. In addition, the Customer can count on a greater guarantee of the supplied product, as it is designed, built, assembled and tested by the same supplier.
The plant, once it becomes fully operational, will be an effective response in terms of the quality of concrete produced, respecting the specificities of the highly populated territory, with a timely presidium of an increasingly competitive and demanding market.
