They promote the flow of “tout venant” material from feed hoppers/pools.
It consists of a vibrating channel coated with wear-resistant rubber, driven by two watertight electro-vibrators with adjustable eccentric masses.
The vibration imparted to the channel is such that it causes the material in the machine to slide directionally at a controlled speed. The assembly includes the frame with suspension springs, replaceable wear plate retaining banks, and quick adjustment damper for discharge flow. The frame has a perforated flange that allows hoppers or silos to be bolted directly under the discharge port.
Available in widths up to 1200 mm.
