Machines suitable for feeding small or medium primary crushers where large plate feeders are not required, or for extracting wet and “sticky” material from the tunnel under a lung pile.
They consist of a conveyor, a sliding trolley plate on wheels, and a frame on which the control unit is installed. The conveyor and plate are lined in the parts in contact with the material with interchangeable wear plates fixed by bolting. The control unit consists of a hydraulic power unit, driven by an electric motor, which controls a piston which imparts an adjustable reciprocating motion to the carriage plate, allowing the material to be advanced. All gears are mounted on widely dimensioned sealed bearings.
A range of widths up to 1300 mm is available.
