CEMENTED MIXTURES
Tecno-Beton roadbed preparation plants offer various hourly production solutions with a focus on efficiency and structural details in order to maximize the yield of each production step.
Plants of this type have productions starting from 100 m³/h up to 400 m³/h.
They can be cold packed with a wide variety of mixtures of virgin aggregates, milled materials and binders. Cements and/or bituminous emulsions supplied to the site with special tanks can be used as binders.
Millings and all those materials that can be recovered from existing road superstructures can be used as recycled materials, again with full respect for the environment. System management is fully automated through a terminal installed in the control panel.
TB MC SERIES
The TB MC series plant range is suitable for the production of cement mixtures and concrete with low cement dosage in continuous operation, with hourly outputs of up to 400 tons/hour for road subgrades, airport runways and ballast.
They are made with plant solutions that allow the use of both traditional aggregatesand milled recycled materials with bituminous binders.
Inert storage hoppers vary according to production requirements as number and capacity and are made with wear-resistant material linings for each extractor cone, through vibration applied for each extractor cone.
The series of twin-shaft continuous mixers, ensure consistent productions with low energy consumption. Interchangeable internal wear-resistant liners and heat-hardened steel blades allow easy maintenance and ensure limited wear and tear.
Precise metering of aggregates, cement and water are handled both volumetrically and by weight in the highest performing version of the range. The entire system, consisting of volumetric dosing belts, rotary dosing valves, load cells and belt-mounted weighing backhoes, fully controlled by motors with inverters that enable automation to handle extractions in known percentages while obtaining the required quality of the material produced.
