THE SOLUTION FOR UPGRADING YOUR PLANT
Tecno-Beton has developed two systems for recycling concrete returns originating from washing concrete mixers, pumps and mixers:
the SCS, SEPARATING CONCRETE SYSTEM, and the RCS, RECYCLING CONCRETE SYSTEM, residue separation group.
For both systems, the aggregate, fine fractions, and residual water collected in the specific tanks allow for separation
And controlled reuse.
RCS – RECYCLING CONCRETE SYSTEM
The RCS system enables complete recovery of aggregate and fine fractions from the washing of truck mixers.
Tecno-Beton has always been committed to the research and development of technical solutions that can effectively separate water from cementitious products.
The RCS system is applicable to any existing residue separation plant.
Quality and innovation
Every industrial activity today must comply with regulations that have changed the way it operated in the past. Current regulations on production process certification include UNI1008 and Legislative Decree 152/06.
UNI 1008 sets the rules for process water use, stating that “the maximum amount of solid fraction added via wastewater must be less than 1 percent of the total weight of aggregates.” The limit set by the standard is largely met with the use of the RCS system.
Legislative Decree 152/06 determines the rules on soil defense and protection of water from pollution and management of water resources.

SCS – SEPARATING CONCRETE SYSTEM
The SCS system makes it possible to recover concrete rendered up to 3 m³ with disposal potential of 20 m³/h of concrete with extremely short time for return on investment.
